• A:Answer Absolutely YES. And you might put it in your previous Android phone to use Accounts / Backup to copy content, etc. from your old phone, then with both phones shut off, transfer the SD card to the new phone.

• A:Answer Depends on your definition of bloatware. SO far I'd say LESS than on the S8+. There will be folders in the app tray so you can decide what apps to put on your HOME screens.

• A:Answer Download app from google play store called smart switch & then you can transfer all data onto your new phone. I had to do it several times because i had alot of Pics, msgs, data, so i just selected what i wanted to bring over as in just sending data then sent pics, msgs, etc & was successful. Couldn't do them all at the same time but it worked that way. U only have to do them separately if you have too much to do at 1 time. Otherwise just select all you want to bring over to new phone & it does it. Hope that helps someone.

Q: QuestionOn the website and app when I try to order the Samsung 20 plus it stops me during the checkout. I believe this is because my plan is 4G and the new phone is 5G. On the Verizon website and app it gives me the option of keeping my current 4G unlimited plan.

Q: QuestionWhy is the payment 22.91 after 24 months you pay about 550.00 for the phone but if you pay in full it’s 899.99 that’s a 350.00 difference so does that mean you are not only charging interest on the payment plan but also charging intr buying it out right

• A:Answer The phone was $450 off two weeks ago, no matter if it was an additional line or not. All that was required to receive the discount was to pay monthly through Verizon. I hope that you got it. It's the best deal out there.
