Hello Sergio, that's a really good question! This phone comes with a pre-installed screen protector. Removing the screen protector makes the screen more vulnerable to damage. If another screen protector is installed on top of the pre-installed screen protector it will cause issues with the fingerprint sensor, and with touchscreen recognition. You can remove the pre-installed screen protector if you want to replace it with a new screen protector. However, glass screen or silicone/gel case screen protectors are unlikely to be compatible, and plastic film protectors cannot be thicker than 0.2 mm. Samsung cannot guarantee compatibility with any third-party screen protectors. Make sure your new screen protector is Samsung certified. Look for the Designed for Samsung logo for Samsung approved accessories. ^Elizabeth
