Q: QuestionHow well do the Samsung Galaxy S 10 series (S 10+, S 10, S 10e) phones work on the Sprint network? I live on Florida's East Coast, 45 miles east of Orlando in Titusville. Thank-you!

• A:Answer Hi: All I can say is that I've been a Sprint customer for probably 20 years. Have spent time in Oklahoma and now in the Denver area. No problems with Sprint coverage. Have traveled around the country and no problems. As far as the S10 goes, I love the phone and it's my 4rd Samsung "S" series phone. S3, S5, S7 and now the S10. I currently live in Parker, CO which is 20 miles SE of Denver and no problems with the S10 in and around the area. As for the phone, it's great. Love the fact that it comes with a screen protector installed. Lot's of new features and still getting to play with it. I did get a Otterbox Commuter case. Have used the Otterbox Commuter cases for all my previous "S" phones. Good protection and not that bulky. Hope this answered some of your concerns.

• A:Answer Rollover minutes are based on your carrier's plan that you're subscribed to. If your plan offers the rollover option then yes they would. The phone it's self doesn't do that.

• A:Answer Hello Sergio, that's a really good question! This phone comes with a pre-installed screen protector. Removing the screen protector makes the screen more vulnerable to damage. If another screen protector is installed on top of the pre-installed screen protector it will cause issues with the fingerprint sensor, and with touchscreen recognition. You can remove the pre-installed screen protector if you want to replace it with a new screen protector. However, glass screen or silicone/gel case screen protectors are unlikely to be compatible, and plastic film protectors cannot be thicker than 0.2 mm. Samsung cannot guarantee compatibility with any third-party screen protectors. Make sure your new screen protector is Samsung certified. Look for the Designed for Samsung logo for Samsung approved accessories. ^Elizabeth

• A:Answer Yes you can, I’m not sure which provider you are with. But I called the provider first and they explained how the purchase worked and also told me in 60 days I would receive a $200 master card for opening a new line. I checked my bill this week and the the price of the phone was charged but also credited back in two discounts. One for $35 and the other for $2.50.
