If you're line is currently showing as eligible for an upgrade, you can either purchase the S10 through Best Buy on the Verizon device payment plan or you can choose the option to pay the full upfront price and own the phone outright. I did this a month ago when Best Buy advertised the S10 & S10+ for $300 off the regular retail price, which brought the device payment plan cost down to $33 a month or the upfront price to $700 (regular normal price currently is $42 a month on the payment plan or $1,000 upfront). FYI though...Verizon will tack on the $40 upgrade fee to your service bill regardless of the option you choose, unless you happen to catch the promo where they waive that fee in one of their stores or on their website.
