• Rollover minutes are based on your carrier's plan that you're subscribed to. If your plan offers the rollover option then yes they would. The phone it's self doesn't do that.

• Sorry not sure since I have the unlimited with sprint. But what I did notice which is weird that I’m being charged an extra 10 bucks for this phone for High definition? Which is bizarre I am charged my monthly but also that additional 10 bucks so I asked my son do u notice something different on phone and he says No.
