Yes it will as long as you purchase a unlocked Samsung phone. A best buy cellphone associate will transfer your sim card over and boomski it should connect to TracFone's connection, recently bought an Samsung S10+ unlocked for cricket wireless and haven't had a problem with it. The Sim card should work, most of the time sim cards are all the same size if I remember correctly and should not have any problems but double check at best buy by asking one of the associate's in the cell phone area to confirm before you buy.
