- Answer It does not come with a sims card if you do not activate it through a service in store. You can use the phone on wifi with no Sims card but if you want phone service you will need to purchase a card.

- Answer Should be able to but it doesn't have 5g capability if that's what your looking for. You'll have to buy the S10 5g 256gb phone or even the S20 for 5g speeds. If spectrum mobile has 4g then this phone will work just fine.
