• A:Answer Should be able to but it doesn't have 5g capability if that's what your looking for. You'll have to buy the S10 5g 256gb phone or even the S20 for 5g speeds. If spectrum mobile has 4g then this phone will work just fine.

• A:Answer Yes, you will have to call t-mobile and get them to send you the sim card for the s10. Payments depend on cost of the phone when you buy it. Divide cost of phone by 24 months, or however long you want to take to pay it off.
