Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this phone I bought it through US Cellular on a plan with them. I then couldn't pay my bill so I went through a assurance (t-mobile) the government plan and it worked just fine for a little while like a month or two but then it started giving me some error message that I wasn't able to use my phone unless I put my that SIM card back into my old phone that it came with so I did so and I didn't stay long with that free service. I got a prepaid plan through straight talk (bring your phone) and it worked but some of my functions weren't fully working like they did on the plan through US Cellular. So I ended up dropping it and going with T-MOBILE the plan and my functions that I had before when I was on my plan with US Cellular are now working on my phone its so nice having my phone working the way it should and have all my functions on this phone work properly. So I think you need a plan for it to work how it should and have full capability to work the way the it should and take full advantage of this great phone.
