Q: QuestionIf I'm buying the unlocked version of the S20 plus, then which which do I pick for the activation pricing? The activate today or activate later? If I pick activate today then does that mean that I have to activate it to the carrier I choose that same day?

• A:Answer if you're buying unlocked, choose activate later. Activate today is only for selected carriers such as Verizon or sprint. You can purchase unlocked and call or go into your carrier's store and have them assist with switching sim card if u have it over to your new phone. They'll ask you for the model of your new phone and any other info they'll need to help you switch it over

Q: QuestionEverything I've read has said the U.S. S20 models would have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. The BB description (in features and specs) shows it has a Samsung Exynos 990 octa-core processor. Which is it?

• A:Answer If you buy an unlock phone you can change carriers with that phone. Not sure which box to check I went into Best Buy purchased mine and I was already a verizion customer. Verizon was going to charge me $40 for the new phone. I called and complained because I have been a long time customer and they removed the $40 fee. Just and FYI.

I bought it for use with my MetroPCS service and it works fine (pay as you go) the only problem is that if you carry any insurance through cricket wireless, buying a new phone through Best buy will show up on your account as a bring-your-own-device and will not be covered by cricket's insurance. • A:Answer According to the specifications it lists support for gsm and CDMA. And specifically lists Verizon as a compatible carrier. The real question is if its able to utilize all the cdma bands Verizon has. For that I would honestly ask Samsung directly to get the best answer. But the direct answer is yes it can be used on Verizon

Q: QuestionSomeone already asked about eSIM/dual-SIM capability. I just returned an S20+ to Samsung as it did not have eSIM enabled and only had 1 IMEI number on the box so not dual. Is the Best Buy version definitely eSIM and dual SIM with 1 physical SIM, 1 eSIM?
