Activate today is for anyone who ports their number from their current provider to their new phone. YES, you can buy under activate later then put your Pre-Paid VZW sim in your new phone because the S23 is compatible with VZW and your new phone will have your current number. How do I know? I also am a VZW pre-paid sim user and I'm able to put the sim in different phones...
