“If I buy this phone thru best buy will they be able to activate and transfer contacts & pictures etc right at the store upon purchase”

• Best Buy clerk did todays transfer for no charge a couple years ago. Too bad if they stopped. I’ll go elsewhere.

• when i was in there they stated they charge a 40$ servicing fee
