Q: QuestionIf you pre-ordered s24 ultra in store, when is the last date for trade in of s23 ultra? Can it be traded In when you come to collect your new phone? For ex if it was jan31 the time to collect the new phone, can it be traded in on 31st jan?

• A:Answer First you collect your s24 ultra from best buy then you have to ship your trade in device within 15 days to samsung location ( you will get details in email from samsung once you pickup your s24 ultra). At best buy you have to only collect your s24 ultra.

Q: QuestionWhy are you limited to only titanium black 512GB models for S24 ultra models on AT&T? I'd order one if you would let me order violet. Other sites (Samsung, AT&T, Costco, etc.) support other colors.
