“world use I posed a question about world use of a Samsung Galaxy S6+. I am aware of unlocked phones, so that answer was not helpful. I am told that there are different standards around the world for cell phones. For example, I am told an unlocked phone purchased in the U.S.A. may not work in Central America. Anyone have any experience with such a potential problem world wide. Thanks.”

• I really can't answer for the world. I suggest you call Samsung , tell them your provider and they probably can answer this.
