Q: QuestionPreorder???I preordered the 64gb S6 Edge, but when I went to pick it up they said it didn't come in. How can I track this or can anyone tell me a revised date?

• A:Answer If you purchased online you should get an email from BB before going in. I was surprised I got mine the 2nd day after the phone came out. I was ready to get it after a week or more. When you go in depending on store either the cell ph. guys or online purchase dept will process your paperwork. I printed out the email. Not sure if you can walk in with the email on a tablet or cell ph screen. I think all they need are some numbers off there anyways. After that they will bring out the box to you with YOUR phone and your name and other information already affixed to it with a yellow and white band sticker. They will attempt help you transfer your data, pics, and contacts. After that - good things should happen.

• A:Answer unactiveted device means it has not been activated with your service provider. If you are att Costumer you need them to activate ur device in order to use all features. About using different SIM card or overseas you also need to unlock your device with att if you purchased it in full price and you didn't use your limit per year they will sent u unlock code when you request . I bought it in full price as a att costumer Abd called them to sent me unlock code. They sent me unlock code in same day. And I was able to use it in Europe Thanks
