If you purchased online you should get an email from BB before going in. I was surprised I got mine the 2nd day after the phone came out. I was ready to get it after a week or more. When you go in depending on store either the cell ph. guys or online purchase dept will process your paperwork. I printed out the email. Not sure if you can walk in with the email on a tablet or cell ph screen. I think all they need are some numbers off there anyways. After that they will bring out the box to you with YOUR phone and your name and other information already affixed to it with a yellow and white band sticker. They will attempt help you transfer your data, pics, and contacts. After that - good things should happen.
