• There a numerous differences that can be found with the compare options, but the biggest difference for me was the water resistance on the s7. If you don't care about having the latest version of a phone or that the phone can survive a drop in the pool, the s6 is a great phone. I personally like the s6 edge, it is quick and responsive.

• My son has the S6. I have the S7. Appearance - well the S7 doesn't come in white. The S7 is thinner and lighter. The S7 has a MicroSD slot and the S6 doesn't - this is a MUST HAVE for me. The S7 is water resistant to several feet - this is a MUST HAVE for me.
