FaceTime is an Apple app. This tablet runs Android. However, it is capable of running other video chat apps, such as Skype, Facebook, Google, etc. You will need wifi/internet to set it up and download apps... and video chat. Some games require a wifi/internet connection, some do not. So, it all depends what games are installed.
