• Samsung does not sell unlocked tablets in the USA at this time. Apple sells unlocked tablets and some Chinese companies sell unlocked tablets, but most seem to get poor reviews.

• If you're refering to a 4G LTE or 5G tablet, this is the Wi-Fi version. To get the unlocked cellular variant you need to purchase the 5G version.
