Hi there Jubird, we appreciate you reaching out to us with your question about the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+. This device does have a front facing camera that would allow for video calls. You would need to download the desired apps from the Google Play Store to then use this feature. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth
