Howdy Trish, thank you for taking the opportunity to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+. No, the advertised Galaxy Tab A9+ is the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Only version of this device. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It connects to any wifi. If you already have accounts, it will connect to them via wifi. The software does come with a “phone” app, so i believe there is a way to add it to your plan, but i have not done so.
