“I bought the tablet dec 2024. This past month we have trouble charging. I was able to charge with a compatiable charger then come today and charger will not work. I've tried different chargers w/ different blocks & different outlet's. Any suggestions ?”

Howdy Mom26, thank you for asking us your question about the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+. If your Galaxy tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 80% or 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX. There are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger.
