Hey Nikki! It's great to hear from you. We see that you reached out to inquire about the Galaxy Tab A9+. We also see that you are interested in using this device with a mobile hotspot connection. If you use your tablet where there is no Wi-Fi, you can use a Mobile Hotspot to connect to the internet from your tablet.
