Questionwhite spots on all of corner of the tablet screenmy tablet when i powered on, there is white spots but it almost like it got damage screen ,the bottom left and all of side of it. it that normal? and i just buy it. and should exchange to different tablet but the same one or return the thing.

- Answer As far as I have read this tablet can only be used with wifi. I think I read in some of the questions and answers before I purchased on December that one person tethered it their AT&T cell. Not sure if that was verified or not.

- Answer I cannot answer this question. Navionics I do not have any info regarding Navionics. If Navionics is like Map Quest then it should do just fine But the tablet will not function very well once it is emersed in water. I do not have this tablet. I bought this tablet for my Daughter as a gift.

- Answer If you have a cell phone go under settings and then turn on your own personal hot spot. Then key in the password into your tablet it should work. If your phone do not have the personal hot spot to utilized then get one from Best Buy called personal hot spot and utilized that.
