• Afraid not, this is a WiFi-only tablet. You might want to look at something like the Samsung Note 8 for telephone capability. Make sure that it lists your phone carrier (e.g., Verizon or AT&T).

• Calls can be made through the tablet if you buy a Verizon Samsung S2 or related mobile carrier. If you purchase the wireless only you can still make and receive calls but you have to install an app like Verizon Messaging.

• Tablets cannot make phone calls, however, there are certain apps such as Whatsapp or Skype or google hangouts among others apps will allow you to make calls.
