What does GB do and what does the SD Memory do? null

Gig on the tab is the max capacity it can have on that particular tablet. Upgradable up to 256gig SD card add on for you future downloads like pics videos apps ect.

There are 2 types of memories for the Galaxy S3 onboard and external the latter is considered as an SD. Both are virtually the same except the SD can be taken out and used in other devices that except its format
