Yes. There are several drawing apps available on the Google Play Store. I've been using SketchBook - draw and paint. I've tried a few others, but so far I prefer this because it feels more like I'm drawing on paper (and the app is free).

with the right apps....yes comes with pen, not apps for drawing. need to download from store.
