Can the apps be moved to the SD card null

Yes. Just tried it. Settings. Search for apps. Click on "apps" at the very top. List shows all the apps on your tablet. Click on one of the apps you want to move, (I chose ebay). Click "Storage". Change from "Internal" to "SD card"

Yes, however some apps will auto-migrate back to the main storage with each update (Pandora notorious for this.)
