• i work at best buy, whoever told you that is wrong. Sorry for the confusion, its because under specifications it lists SD CARD next to memory. I ASSURE YOU THE SD CARD IS FOR STORAGE NOT MEMORY.

• I use my 512GB sd to store MS office spreadsheets, personal videos, pics and Netflix offline movies. the same way you do with the internal storage. hope this helps a little.

• The s8 ultra does have a micro SD slot for storage. You cannot expand the ram capacity.
