Can we use sim for calling and is this touch screen null

Only WiFi , it is a touch ling screen

The SIM card in the wi-fi model is for storage. You would need the cellular model and a dedicated phone account with one of the carrier services to make calls. And, yes, it is touch screen...think of it like a giant Samsung phone that you cannot make calls on...that is, unless you have that model and cell service...as above...
