  • QuestionIs there a specifically designed hard protective cover/case made by any manufacturer/brand for this tablet? I use it in field work and need it covered and protected. Also, is there a keyboard accessory available for it?

    • Answer The keyboard slim case accessory is excellent for protection and ease of use. I helps keep the pen available, and opens easily from a magnetic closing. It is not waterproof or shock proof, however.

    • Answer Microfiber cloth (like the ones for glasses): Gently wipe the screen to remove fingerprints and dust. Slightly damp cloth: If smudges don’t come off, lightly dampen the microfiber cloth with water or a 50/50 mix of water and isopropyl alcohol (70% is safe). Make sure it’s damp, not wet. Electronics cleaning wipes: Pre-moistened, alcohol-based wipes designed for screens also work well. ⚠️ Avoid Paper towels, tissues, or rough fabrics (they can scratch). Household cleaners (like Windex, bleach, or anything ammonia-based). Spraying liquid directly on the screen (always apply to the cloth first).

With the Call & text on other devices feature, you can make and receive calls on your tablet as long as it's signed into the same Samsung account as your phone. You can also send messages. However, the connected phone will need to have active service. Call & text on other devices currently does not work with Verizon and AT&T phones and may not be available on all models from other carriers.
