The advertised Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is a Wi-Fi enabled tablet that would require a steady Wi-Fi signal in order for it to be fully functional. Otherwise, you may be looking for an LTE/cellular version of this tablet if you are wanting to access your navigation apps when you are not in the presence of a Wi-Fi connection.
