• Yes. DeX is just a user interface and not requred to run Microsoft 365.

• I think you mean dex mode. But anything you do on dex mode u should be able to use on tablet mode. All dex mode is just so you can have a more desktop kinda experience with the apps u already using on tablet mode. Hope this helps.
