I purchased Samsung mouse and BlueTooth keyboard with the View. Both work flawlessly.

Yes you can add your own key board I love the key board for this tablet.

Repair should be done by professional. Device worked with Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Some of the mice not compatible. Best way to get one with return policy.
