• Yes, you can use the built in SmartSwitch app. Works well, and lets you decide what to transfer. Takes a little time if you have a lot on your other phone, tablet, and if installing all the apps.

• Usually if you have everything on your Gmail it just pops up as soon as you register your Gmail on the new tablet. That's what happened with mine. Even my wallpaper from my old tablet pope up when I registered my same gmail
