Yes, you can listen to music but I have yet to figure out how to adjust the volume, If you have the active then you have to connect it to headphones, or earbuds; which I have Galaxy Buds. You can also watch YouTube but the screen is so small and hard to manipulate so you would be better off watching Youtube on your phone or computer, if you have one.
