I am new to the smart watch world and have been eyeng this product up for a while. I have heard rumors that I will need to pay roughly $10 a month on my phone plan to have it attached to my phone, is that correct. If not, how does this all work? null

Nope. No extra monthly fee. No speaker on it. Maybe Best Buy rep can explain more deets about it. They’re very knowledgeable.

It might depend on your phone plan. I don't have to pay anything, but it might increase your data usage. (I have unlimited data, so it doesn't make any difference for me.)

Not with this watch. Only with bigger versions that you can actually make calls from do you have to hook it to your phone plan. Thos one is just bluetooth connected to your phone. You can use it to text but not talk.

Hello Kam21, that's a really good question! This watch only has Bluetooth connectivity and cannot be activated for LTE services through your carrier. ^Elizabeth
