- Answer Absolutely. I'm using mine on the Verizon network now. You will be asked if you want to add it to your plan during pairing and setup and the phone will take you through the paces.

- Answer Hey there, great question! You will need to activate service for your watch through the same carrier as your mobile phone. Don't worry, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon all offer plans for the LTE versions of Galaxy Watch and Gear S3. Plans and connection method may vary depending on the carrier. ^Elizabeth

QuestionOther Samsung LTE watches don't receive updates until the software is pushed from the phone carrier. Since this is an unlocked version, if I don't activate the LTE with a carrier, will the device get the updates at the same time as Bluetooth only watches?

QuestionIm interested in this watch. Im just waiting for the s11 to drop so i can purchase them all at one time. What are all the functions to this watch? I'd like make and recieve calls and texts. Use Bluetooth, count steps and take pictures. Will i be able to?

QuestionI received a Samsung Galaxy Watch3 as a gift, but the "Geek Squad" could not get it to work with my Motorola Z2 Play Phone. The Active 2 came up in a search as recommended for my phone. Will it work?

- Answer Cricket doesn't offer service for cellular watches at this time. If you have a cellular watch you could still use it but without cellular service enabled.

QuestionPer manual page 7, the watch doesn't include a charging head and the wrong one voids the warranty. Can't find one anywhere saying it compatible with this watch. Where is a compatible one sold? At $450, why didn't Samsung include one w/watch? Seems cheap.

- Answer Also, it comes with a charger, just not the plug that goes from USB A to 110v outlet.

- Answer Pretty sure cricket does not offer wearable plans for watches so you wont be able to activate it with cricket, it will just work as a regular Bluetooth smartwatch. At&t,Verizon,T-Mobile and Sprint will allow wearables on their network.
