“I see your answer that the Galaxy FE detects falls and calls your emergency contact. Does that mean it calls 911 (not a personal contact) and can you then converse with the responder?”

Yes. I accidentally hit my hand with the watch on and a 911 operator called to see if I needed emergency help.
