The Galaxy Watch Active2, Galaxy Watch3, and all Wear OS models come with a hard fall detection feature. If a hard fall is detected, the watch will automatically send out an SOS, alerting your emergency contacts. Keep in mind to keep an eye on your watch during high-impact activities like sports, as this may trigger the fall detection. Please note that only watches with the latest software version can use this feature, and it's not turned on by default.
