It is not recommended to wear the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra in a sauna for extended periods, despite its rugged, water-resistant design. High heat and steam can compromise its water resistance seals, damage internal components, and degrade the battery over time. Higher temps, 120degrees or higher in either dry or humid sauna I'd play it safe and take watch off as they don't give specific operating temperature ranges to go by.
