Yes, the advertised Galaxy Watch Ultra LTE does everything the Bluetooth version does, plus it adds independent cellular connectivity. The LTE model allows you to make calls, send texts, and stream music without your phone nearby, whereas the Bluetooth model requires your phone to be within a close proximity.
