• There is a widget that you can add to write down your blood pressure readings and it is Water resistance up to 164 feet for a short amount of time making it NOT waterproof.

• The watch is water resistant for up to 164 feet, but only for a short amount of time. If you get the extended 2-year warranty, and it gets water damage, they are NOT able to cover it. I would recommend taking it off when showering and swimming. Hope this helps.
