Yes you can. There are many watch faces and some are customizable. You could adjust some so that the watch face shows a lot of info. Heart rate, steps, call history, messages, weather, stress, running, music, calendar, emails, and a lot more. Obviously not all those things at the same time, but it could show up to 4 major things besides battery and the date even, which is what I've tried. I got it yesterday.
