“Why does it not include a charger and will not charge with my existing Galaxy watch charger. Says must use compatible charger and actually loses charge while on charger. What must be done to charge this piece of crap? Will return it tomorrow!!!!”

mine came with a usb attached charger in the cardboard box attached to the box lid!

it charges with the previous ben charger, nothing different from two chargers I see. Asmy previous Samsung duo nightstand charger works with my new galaxy watch3, as it did with my older galaxy watch active version 1.

I had the same problem, found out it was the wrong charger in the box(I bought a open box G3) looks like it's a charger from a older model because I used my wife's charger(she has the Active 2) and it charged just fine. I will be taking this back
