“I purchased this watch but Verizon was unable to connect it to my Galaxy Note9 as they said my phone was too old. I returned the watch but wish It would have worked as I liked everything else about the watch. Has this connection problem been fixed?”

Hi, my watch connected fine with no issues and I have galaxy s9 plus. I been owning almost all galaxy watches from the Samsung gear I believe was the first one through the latest version galaxy watch 4 but this I do not recommend at all battery last about 8 hrs even when its fully charged my previous galaxy watch active 2 lasted me 2 days without charging. Hopefully this help and answers your question.
