“How accurate are the EEG and Body Composition features of this watch?”

• I have a smart scale at home and recently had my body comp done at a local clinic and those 2 sets of numbers is very close my watch. Once I get further into my health journey I will see how it stacks up against my scale and doctor. As far as the ECG, it seems alot more accurate than my Active 2 I had previously, it's also alot more accurate on steps as well. Hope this helps!
