• As long as you get the LTE version, this watch will work with any phone carrier.

• Unlocked means that you can connect it to your cell phone provider and make calls when your cell phone is not around. Gps means is cannot be connected to your cell provider and that your cell phone needs to be close to make calls or connect to the internet.
