Does this watch track ovulation ? null

I am male so I haven't used the "cycle tracking" feature. It appears to useable through activation on the connected phone. There is alerts that explain, if i understand it correctly, that SAMSUNG will not access the info, in my opinion due to the threat of prosecution if a woman exercises her options to control her own health in some U.S. states. Women in our family would find this useful.
