• No it doesn't have a sensor for hydration status. You can enter your water intake throughout the day manually and then it will factor that into your other health sensor data as an overall picture of your health.

• I doubt it. It does have a feature in the health app to input food and water intake each day but haven't seen any feedback from the watch itself.
